Who am I?
Paris is the star of the show, and I would like to remain the invisible man. However you can find me in the following places.

Invisible Paris: A blog detailing lesser-known parts of Paris. The Eiffel Tower has never featured and never will do, and don't get me started on the Sacre Coeur...

Bricks in Paris: I love brick, and have set out to compile the ultimate guide to brick structures in the city.

Le Paris Invisible: An attempt to use the language of Molière in the city of Molière, mais il n'est pas facile de trouver le temps!

Spotted by Locals: As a Paris 'spotter' I get to talk about my favourite parts of the city and to share them with you!

Using the Walks

I have chosen to include more information than is probably needed when following a walk, but I hope that the documents will also be a pleasure to look at and read. It is also not an obligation to follow the entire walk each time, and the documents should be viewed more as an inspiration or a source of information.

As I am doing this alone and have not been able to recruit teams of volunteers to test them, please give me any feedback or comments you may have if you do download a document and follow a walk.

Finally, feel free to distribute the documents to colleagues, family and friends, but please do not copy and reuse any of the content without asking my permission first.

Other Paris Blogs

You will find much of interest in the following blogs:

Peter's Paris: A retired Swede with time on his hands and a camera always close by!

La Badaude: Illustrator, observer, fashion critic? I'm not sure, but there's always something interesting here.

ParisPrimitifProject: Run by an artist - with the true eye of an artist!

Shanolyno: Simply the best Paris photo website around. These are top quality pictures of strange and sometimes grim parts of the city and the suburbs.

Maitresse: The most literary blog in the city, but often looking up, out and beyond the confines of Paris.

The Travelling Professor: A professor who organises and runs trips from the US to Paris, and also an interesting site on what to see and do in the city.
